You keep all rights to images you upload and to the output the tool produces. We claim no ownership of your content and do not store it. You may use processed images commercially, provided you hold the rights to the source.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Background removal is an estimate; results vary by image. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, removebg.best shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tool. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
